Welcome to
the Bright Side
Ways to Work With Claire
Three different moments in your career.
Each designed to meet you where you actually are not where you think they should be.
BRIGHT SIDE # 1
CAREER CLARITY
For:
Professionals still in government or corporate roles who feel stuck, burned out, or uncertain — but aren’t ready to resign or commit to a change just yet.
This is about:
Direction. Decision quality. Perspective.
What it helps with:
Understanding what’s really driving dissatisfaction
Deciding whether to stay, leave, or change direction
Exploring a new role without pressure
Making a grounded next-step decision
What it is:
A single, structured clarity session.
No upsell. No coaching package. No obligation.
Best if you’re thinking:
“Something needs to change — but I don’t know what yet.”
What the session involves
A 1 hour, one-to-one conversation held online
Before we meet, you’ll complete a short pre-session form so I understand what you’re navigating, what feels stuck, and what you’re hoping to resolve.
During the session, we take a clear look at:
your current situation
where you’re trying to get to
and what’s actually sitting in the gap
This isn’t surface-level reflection.
It’s a focused, structured conversation designed to help you think clearly and decide deliberately.
You’ll leave with:
sharper confidence
a clearer sense of direction
and practical next steps you can act on immediately
After the session, you’ll receive a concise written summary capturing:
key insights
important reframes
and agreed next actions
A recording and full transcript can also be provided if helpful.
What makes this different
I don’t approach this work from theory or platitudes.
I understand professional environments deeply — including the unspoken norms, expectations, pressures, and trade-offs that shape decision-making.
I don’t just talk about clarity.
I help you arrive at it.
The session holds space for both:
strategic thinking
and the internal friction that often blocks good decisions
You won’t leave with ideas you now have to interpret on your own.
You’ll leave knowing what to do next — and why.
Logistics & next steps
Book your session using the form below.
If you’d like to share a CV, cover letter, or any relevant material beforehand, you’re welcome to — it’s optional, but often helpful.
Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours prior to your session.
After working together, you can expect to feel
confident about the direction you choose
clear on the steps ahead
able to make decisions without overthinking
equipped to move forward with focus and ease
This session isn’t about rushing change.
It’s about making decisions you can stand behind.
Bright side # 2
consulting mentorship
For:
People who have decided to move into consulting (or already have) and want to do it properly — without undercharging, burning out, or guessing.
This is about:
Capability. Confidence. Commercial intelligence.
What it helps with:
Packaging your expertise into a clear consulting offer
Pricing your thinking (not your time)
Pitching and proposals
Positioning without personal-brand theatre
Building a sustainable consulting practice
What it is:
Mentorship grounded in lived experience not theory.
Best if you’re thinking:
“I’m ready to consult — but I don’t want to figure this out the hard way.”
Consulting mentorship for people who want to do this properly
Bright Side exists because too many capable professionals move into consulting without being taught how it actually works.
They’re told to:
“just back themselves”
“put themselves out there”
“price higher”
“build a personal brand”
And then quietly left to figure out the hardest parts alone.
Bright Side was built to change that.
Bright Side isn’t about becoming a consultant.
It’s about thinking like one.
Bright Side focuses on helping you develop:
finding your niche
establishing your networks
commercial clarity
confidence grounded in capability
and an understanding of how value actually moves in consulting work
This is the difference between:
feeling reactive vs feeling steady
guessing vs deciding
working harder vs working deliberately
What Bright Side supports you with (in practice)
Bright Side is designed to support you while you’re consulting, not just before you start.
That means the work adapts to what’s actually happening for you, including:
clarifying what you offer (and what you don’t)
translating your experience into a consulting proposition
pricing your work without undercharging or second-guessing
writing proposals that feel aligned, not awkward
navigating client dynamics and power imbalances
deciding when to say yes, no, or “not like this”
building confidence that comes from clarity, not bravado
This is practical, real-world support — not theory or hypotheticals.
Bright Side is offered as a group coaching container.
This allows the work to:
unfold over time
respond to real client situations
build capability through practice, not information overload
Support is:
structured
contained
and intentionally built with a team of similar stage of their consulting journey
You won’t be overwhelmed with content.
You won’t be pushed to perform.
You won’t be expected to have it all figured out.
You bring what’s real.
We work through it clearly and deliberately.
What makes Bright Side different
Bright Side isn’t built on borrowed frameworks or motivational language.
It’s built by someone who has:
left senior roles due to burnout
rebuilt a career through consulting
navigated uncertainty, self-doubt, and commercial reality first-hand
worked with complex organisations across government and industry
Tripled her growth in three years
The mentorship is grounded in:
lived experience
pattern recognition
and an understanding of how decisions land in real systems
Confidence here isn’t manufactured.
It’s built through clarity and capability.
BRIGHT SIDE # 3
the Collective
This membership is for service business providers who don’t need more motivation they need perspective, judgement, and a place to think clearly.
Bright Side Collective is a ongoing thinking space for service box providers who want support, perspective, and grounded decision-making without noise, hustle, or performance.
This isn’t a program to complete.
It’s a place to stay supported while you’re consulting in the real world.
A place to think clearly, sense-check decisions, and not do this alone.
Who it’s for
Bright Side Collective is for people who:
are consulting or actively building a consulting practice
have a service based business that feels stuck
don’t need motivation, hype, or pressure
want perspective when decisions feel murky

want ongoing support without intensity or burnout
learn new systems and processes that will save you oodles of time

You’re already capable.
You just don’t want to operate in isolation.
What we focus on
Inside the Collective, the focus is on:
sense-checking decisions as they arise

How the membership works
The Collective offers:
monthly group sessions focused on decision support and perspective

No expectation to be “on”.
You use the space as you need it.
What Bright Side Collective is not
This membership is not:
coaching
a mastermind
a high-energy accountability group
a channel that never stops
It’s a thinking room, not a stage.
Membership to the Bright Side Collective brings together a diverse network of experts who can leverage each others experiences to build bigger and better offerings to a more diverse client base.
“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”
WHY Claire
Because Claire has lived the transition not just advised on it.
She didn’t leave government with a neat plan or a polished brand.
She left because burnout made staying untenable and clarity non-negotiable.
Claire walked away from a senior role, rebuilt from the ground up, and learned, in real time, how to translate experience into consulting work that was both commercially viable and personally sustainable.
She’s since built a consulting practice working with organisations including Amazon, Austroads, Deloitte, the ACT Government, the New Zealand Government, and industry leaders — not by hustling harder, but by thinking differently about value, positioning, and judgement.
Claire’s work isn’t theoretical, she has a rare ability to translate policy, human behaviour, technology and strategy.
She knows:
what it feels like to be excellent and exhausted
how underpricing and over-delivering creep in quietly
how confusing the consulting world can feel from the inside
and how damaging it is when people are told to “just back themselves” without structure
Her approach is grounded in:
lived transition experience
deep understanding of public sector and corporate systems
real-world consulting decisions
and pattern recognition built over years, not borrowed frameworks
Claire doesn’t teach confidence as a mindset.
She builds it through clarity, capability, and sound judgement.
