Over the past 25 years, I've worked inside and alongside governments, regulators, and enterprise organisations to navigate some of the most contested and high-stakes reform environments in the world. One of those programs had never been attempted by any country before.
Road safety doesn't lack evidence.
We already know what works. What's missing is the ability to translate that evidence into action. To influence decisions, align stakeholders, and implement what is required to achieve meaningful outcomes.
This is where many efforts fall short. Over 25 years working across senior government roles, national legislation, and industry — I've seen where strong policy intent breaks down and what it takes to carry it through. My work focuses on bridging that gap. Supporting leaders to move from evidence to action, and from intention to implementation.
