Reform rarely fails for lack of evidence.
In most contested areas of public policy, we already know what works. What's missing is the ability to translate that evidence into action — to influence decisions, align stakeholders, and implement what is required to achieve meaningful outcomes.
This is where many efforts fall short. Across senior government roles, national legislation, and industry, I've seen where strong policy intent breaks down and what it takes to carry it through.
